Blueberry Muffin Energy Bites Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup old fashioned rolled oats or quick oats

½ cup dried blueberries

1 tablespoon chia seeds

¾ cup almond butter

2 tablespoons pure maple syrup

¼ teaspoon cinnamon

Pinch of salt

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, stir together all ingredients until well combined.
  2. Roll into 12-14 balls.
  3. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
