In learning more about what the world’s longest living, healthiest people eat and what they do to thrive into old age?
I’ll be sharing that and more in my new newsletter, Eating to 100.
I’ll be sharing that and more in my new newsletter, Eating to 100.
I’m a National Geographic Fellow and #1 New York Times bestselling author of books on longevity and happiness. Through my work with National Geographic, I discovered the five places in the world—dubbed Blue Zones—where people lived the longest, healthiest lives.
The next step was to reverse engineer longevity, studying what people in the Blue Zones were eating and how they live. We then compared those results to what the latest science on longevity was telling us. Turns out, people in Blue Zones were naturally doing everything they needed to do to live long and healthy lives with lower rates of disease than anywhere else in the world.
I’ve shared this information in several bestselling books, and look forward to sharing even more in Eating to 100.
