If you’re familiar with my work, then you will most certainly be familiar with many of the concepts and guidelines presented in 12 Good Years: The Ultimate Longevity Handbook. In fact, you may already be practicing some of them! But this is not about the blue zones – it’s about creating an environment that makes it effortless for you to adopt a lifestyle proven to improve long-term health outcomes.

Thank you for being part of my Reset, and I’m glad you’re here to take the next step! Whereas the Reset focuses on what you eat, the Longevity Handbook is an immersive experience that applies several more longevity-promoting lifestyle elements into your environment. It does include a section on food that you’ll find similar to the Reset, but everything else is entirely new!

While the Handbook does provide recipes, cooking tips, and a shopping list, it is not a meal plan. You can certainly create a meal plan using these recipes, but it is not required. 

I wish I could say yes, but sadly there is nothing in the world that can guarantee a person’s ability to live to 100+ years of age. However, the guidelines provided within the Handbook are evidence-based, and developed from decades of researching the world’s longest living people.
